We are a team of therapists with many years of experience within the NHS, occupational health and private health sector. All our clinicians are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and are members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists.
We are passionate about our holistic approach to care and use the biopsychosocial model to reflect this in our assessment and management plan. Meaning that the care we provide goes beyond just the injury or pain, it involves you as a whole and thus yields lasting result.
Our dual experience in public healthcare and private practice gives us a unique perspective, allowing us to blend the rigour of advanced clinical standards with the flexibility and innovation of a patient-driven service.

Meet Ruka
Ruka is an experienced physiotherapist with specialist expertise in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, rheumatology and occupational health. She works as an Advanced Practitioner across both public and private sectors, where she manages complex cases using advanced clinical reasoning and a holistic, patient-centred approach.
What sets Ruka’s practice apart is her commitment to seeing the whole person, not just the condition. She takes the time to understand each individual’s goals, lifestyle and challenges, tailoring treatment plans that are evidence-based, practical and sustainable. Her patients value her clear communication, empathetic manner and the confidence she instils by explaining conditions and recovery pathways in ways that are easy to understand.
Meet Veerendra
With over 20 years’ experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) health, Veerendra specialises in diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions including shoulder pain, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, carpal tunnel, hip and knee arthritis, tendon problems, and plantar fasciitis.
He holds advanced postgraduate qualifications in Orthopaedic Medicine, Injection Therapy, and Diagnostic Ultrasound, with a specialist focus on ultrasound-guided injections.
By combining expert knowledge, advanced skills, and cutting-edge technology, Veerendra delivers precise, effective treatments that help patients reduce pain, restore movement, and return to the activities they enjoy.
Meet Zahra
Zahra is a dedicated physiotherapist with over three years of experience in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic rehabilitation. She treats a wide range of conditions, including back and neck pain, shoulder injuries, knee and hip problems, tendon and ligament injuries, arthritis, post-surgical recovery, and sports injuries.
She combines hands-on expertise with a biopsychosocial approach, addressing not just physical symptoms but also emotional and social factors that affect recovery. Zahra is passionate about patient-centred, inclusive care, helping each patient regain function and get back to the activities they enjoy.
